We are very pleased to say we have received the moon in pristine condition.  The larger container must have been the answer because as soon as it was taken out of the package it flattened out easily with no permanent puckering.   I suggest you inform your supervisor that if it hadnt been for your persistence we would have given up. We ordered two transfers I have so far only put up one (picture attached) I have one super size Graph'Art to hang in our bedroom and can not wait to see it in place.
We were looking for something different but could not have imagined that it would look anywhere near as good as it does, it really changes the dynamic of the house. "We just applied the Horse Head to my daughter's dorm room wall.  Her cover and pillows are shades of brown and the Brown Horse just set everything off.  It is amazing.  We also appreciate you sending the 3 butterflies.  They were a pleasant surprise and she too put those on another dorm wall.  She's already talking about what she might want to have next year on her walls.
The instructions were perfect and we had no problems.  We just took our time and everything went well.
