1. What You Can Exchange or Return
Dezign With a Z unconditionally guarantees all decorative wall sticker and decal products manufactured and sold at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective Dezign With a Z sticker and decal products you return.
If you are unsatisfied with the look, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you are not completely happy with.
Please note the following limitations:
Item must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
You must obtain a return authorization from our customer service department before sending item back. Please call 1.877.MY.DEZIGN or check our FAQ section for details.
Decorative sticker and decals that have been used in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
Dezign With a Z sticker and decal products purchased from the Dezign With a Z Online Store cannot be exchanged or returned at Dezign With a Z retail stores.
Replaced or exchanged sticker and decal products will incur additional shipping costs unless defective
2. How to Exchange
If you would like to exchange wall vinyl stickers or decals purchased from the Dezign With a Z Online Store for a different size or color please follow the instructions hereafter. Dezign With a Z sticker and decal products purchased online cannot be returned at Dezign With a Z retail stores.
Place the Dezign With a Z sticker or decal products you wish to return in a box
You must include your purchase receipt
Download the return form from Dezign With a Z Web Site and fill it in. Provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction or the reason of the return.

You are responsible for return postage. We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking service. Dezign With a Z is not responsible for lost shipments, and cannot accept shipments sent freight collect.
Allow 2 to 3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your credit is processed, a copy of the credit memo will be mailed to your billing address.

3. How to Return
If you would like to return merchandise purchased from the Dezign With a Z Online Store please follow the instructions hereafter. Dezign With a Z sticker and decal products purchased online cannot be returned at Dezign With a Z Retail Stores.
