• Shipping Policy

We ship nationwide & worldwide via Fedex.

Insurance is included, and a tracking# is sent to you by email.

Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 days , Monday to Friday, except holidays (e.g. Christmas, Thanks giving, Labor day weekend...). Orders placed on holidays or weekends are processed the next business day. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in San Francisco. If orders are unexpectedly delayed we'll notify you by e-mail. Most delayed orders are shipped within  5 business days.

 1. USA / Canada / Mexico Orders

For US States and Territories (excluding Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii)

For Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, & also Canada, Mexico

• Deliveries arrive Monday through Friday (no Saturday deliveries).
• Orders are billed in US dollars (USD).
• Duties and taxes may be levied by the carrier at recipient's door.
• We cannot ship to PO. boxes.
  
• We cannot ship to APO. boxes. 
• Shipping times are approximate and do not include processing time.

2. International Orders (except for Canada and Mexico)

For orders to destinations outside the US and its territories.

• Orders are billed in US dollars (USD).
• Duties and taxes may be levied by the carrier at recipient's door.
• Orders must be billed and shipped to the same address.
• We cannot ship to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes.
• Shipping times are approximate and do not include processing time.
