All wall decals orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours , Monday to Friday, except holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor day, Black Friday weekend...), or exceptional activity rush. During the Christmas period, Ground shipping doesn't guarantee a timely delivery: we recommend to choose an Express shipping option.  Orders placed on holidays or weekends are processed the next business day. Orders are shipped from our  San Francisco warehouse. Most delayed orders are shipped within  5 business days. Feel free to contact us directly to follow-up on your order, we will be glad to assist you.
For Digital Canvas and Wall Murals, please allow 3 additional business days for production.
For Wall Mirrors, clings and appliques, please allow 4 additional business days for production.

For Digital Canvas and Wall Murals, please allow one full business day for production in addition to your Express delivery time.


For Canada,  Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Mexico, EU Countries.

Fedex Air Economy (3 to 4 business days) $19


 

  • Deliveries are Monday to Friday (no Saturday deliveries unless you call us for this option).
  • Orders are billed in US dollars (USD).
  • We do ship to PO. boxes (simply choose SmartPost as shipping option during checkout).
  • We do ship to APO. boxes (simply choose SmartPost as shipping option during checkout). 

Shipping times do not include processing time.

  • For Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Mexico our shipping price covers all brokerage fees !
  • For Canadian orders, our price covers all brokerage fees, custom tax & duties ! 


For home deliveries: if you select the "Signature" option at checkout, Fedex will not release any shipments without a signature. Please make sure to have somebody home to receive your package. After three delivery attempts Fedex will return the package to us and a re-shipping fee will apply. However, if you wish to have your shipment released at your door by Fedex, please select the "No Signature" option at checkout; Dezign With a Z cannot be held responsible for shipments left at the door. 
For business deliveries: Fedex will leave shipments at the lobby, mailroom or at the front door; a signature is usually requested. 
Once you've received your package, even if you plan to use your product later, please inspect your package and its content as soon as you receive your order, since Fedex claims have to be filled within 21 days of the delivery.
For your special events/deadline: please consider an Express Shipping option (2Days or Overnight); Ground shipping does have an estimated delivery date, but Fedex does not guarantee any deadlines with the Ground shipping option.


2. International Rate (for all other countries not listed above)

For orders to destinations outside the US and its territories.

International - Air Economy $29

 

  • Orders are billed in US dollars (USD).
  • Duties and taxes may be levied by the carrier at recipient's door.
  • Orders must be billed and shipped to the same address.
  • We do ship to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes (simply choose SmartPost as shipping option during checkout process).
  • Shipping times do not include processing time.
    For International orders, our shipping price will cover all brokerage fees ! (only regular custom duties maybe levied at recipient door by the carrier)
    During the Christmas period, Ground shipping doesn't guarantee a timely delivery: we recommend to choose an Express shipping option.

 • Returns & Exchanges


1. What You Can Exchange or Return

Dezign With a Z unconditionally guarantees all decorative wall decals stickers and Dezign With a Z products manufactured and sold at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. Hence we will gladly replace any defective Dezign With a Z product you return, as long as it has not been used in any way.

If you are unsatisfied with the look, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you are not completely happy with.

Please note the following limitations:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

  • You must obtain a return authorization from our customer service department before sending item back. Please call 1-877-693-3944.

  • Decorative sticker and decals or other Dezign With a Z products that have been used in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

  • Dezign With a Z sticker and wall decals or other Dezign With a Z products purchased from the Dezign With a Z Online Store cannot be exchanged or returned at Dezign With a Z retail stores.

  • Custom lettering, decals or other products manufactured on special order can not be returned or exchanged unless defective (defects of workmanship).
     
  • For all other products all sales are final, exchanges or in-store credit only, even if the product has not shipped yet.
     
  • For Returns and Exchanges of products follow the steps below.
     

2. How to Exchange

If you would like to exchange wall vinyl stickers or decals or any product purchased from the Dezign With a Z Online Store for a different size or color please follow the instructions hereafter.Dezign With a Z sticker and decal products purchased online cannot be returned atDezign With a Z retail stores.

  1. Place theDezign With a Z product you wish to return in the mailing tube or packaging it came in (if you didn't keep it, please make sure to use a safe packaging ).
  2. Download the return form and fill it in (please make sure to include your original order#). Provide a brief reason for your return.

  3. Send to the following address:

You are responsible for return postage. We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking service.Dezign With a Z is not responsible for lost shipments, and cannot accept shipments sent freight collect. Dezign With a Z is not responsible for damages due to a poorly packaged return shipment.

Allow 2 to 3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your in-store credit is processed, a copy of the credit memo will be e-mailed to you. Please note that restocking fee will apply.
