On our website wall stickers dimensions are in inches. No exceptions.
The first dimension always refers to the width/length of the sticker and the second dimension to the height of the sticker. For instance, a decal sticker showing 47"x65" will be 47"large and 65" high
Below is an example on how decals dimensions are showing under each decorative sticker listing: 
In this screen shot for instance, the dimensions selected for the cherry blossom wall decal are 22in.x20in., which means that the wall sticker will be 22" large by 20" high
You can also click on the Details button below the wall decals preview to get more information on sizing, and namely on the size of the different parts of the decal when it comes in different pieces
....And remember:
1 yard = 3 feet
1 yard = 36 inches
1 foot = 12 inches
For those who prefer the metric system:
1 yard = 91 cm or 0.9 meter
1 foot = 7.6 cm
1 inch = 2.54 cm
