Dezign With a Z, a San Francisco sign shop, is no stranger to working with large retailers or department stores to produce their custom wall decals, personalized window decals, business banners, or any other custom made signs. So when we were contacted by Bloomingdales we didn’t shy away!
We love working with local businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area. We design, fabricate and install a variety of wall and window graphics, so this project wasn’t any different! For this pop up, we printed a large format photo transparency with a material called duratrans for a light box. The translucent material allows light through making the photo print look backlit.
For their main space we’ve done 2 custom wall decals. Both personalized wall decals displayed photos of the latest collection in a portrait format. They were installed directly onto the floating acrylic frames on the wall.
The installation was performed before the store opened. So our off hours installation crew was on site bright and early! We were super excited with how the entire space looks and so was the client – everyone couldn’t be happier!
